John fishes out of a 18' Polar flats boat, with a center console, and poling platform. The boat will fish up to four people, and is great for fly fishing.

The Crystal Coast has a lot to offer. Fishing the waters here is just one of the great things to do. The atmosphere of the area is realaxing and enjoyable. Take a load off and let Captain John pole you around some of the flats in the Newport River and sight cast at the tailing Drum(redfish). If that doesn't do it for you, there are plenty of fish to be caught in Bogue Sound, the banks of Shackleford, and around Cape Lookout.
